This data is logged by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cookies<\/strong> \u2014 see section 7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not collect special-category data (health, religious beliefs, etc.) and the site is not directed at children under 14.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"pt-s3\"><span class=\"pt-policy__num\">3<\/span>Purposes and legal basis<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Answering requests and arranging trips<\/strong> \u2014 to reply to your questions, prepare offers and conclude the travel services contract. Basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sending offers and news<\/strong> \u2014 only if you subscribed. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Site security and operation<\/strong> \u2014 preventing attacks, fixing errors, aggregate traffic statistics. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong> \u2014 keeping accounting and tax records. Basis: legal obligation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"pt-s4\"><span class=\"pt-policy__num\">4<\/span>Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners we need in order to provide our services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SendPulse<\/strong> \u2014 the e-mail marketing platform that powers the subscription form and the sending of offers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloudflare<\/strong> \u2014 security and content delivery (CDN) services for the site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google<\/strong> \u2014 the interactive map (Google Maps) on the contact page, displayed only after you accept cookies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Our hosting provider<\/strong>, which stores the data on its servers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tour operators, hotels, airlines and insurers<\/strong> \u2014 the data needed to book and deliver the travel services you requested.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Public authorities<\/strong> \u2014 where the law requires it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some of these partners may process data outside the Republic of Moldova (for example in the European Union or the USA). In those cases we make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by law.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"pt-s5\"><span class=\"pt-policy__num\">5<\/span>How long we keep data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Form requests and related correspondence \u2014 up to <strong>5 years<\/strong> after the last contact, if no contract was concluded.<\/li>\n<li>Data from travel services contracts and accounting documents \u2014 for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Subscription data \u2014 until you unsubscribe.<\/li>\n<li>Technical logs \u2014 up to <strong>12 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"pt-s6\"><span class=\"pt-policy__num\">6<\/span>Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Under Law No. 195\/2024 you have the right:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>of <strong>access<\/strong> \u2014 to learn what data we hold about you;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>rectification<\/strong> \u2014 to correct inaccurate data;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>erasure<\/strong> \u2014 to ask us to delete data when there is no longer a reason to keep it;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>restriction<\/strong> of processing and to <strong>object<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>withdraw consent<\/strong> at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;<\/li>\n<li>not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;<\/li>\n<li>to lodge a complaint with the <strong>National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP)<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/datepersonale.md\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">datepersonale.md<\/a>, or to go to court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To exercise these rights, write to us at <a href=\"mailto:fabricaprestur@gmail.com\">fabricaprestur@gmail.com<\/a>. We reply within 30 days at most.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"pt-s7\"><span class=\"pt-policy__num\">7<\/span>Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device.
