This policy explains what personal data we collect through prestigiutur.md, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We process data in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Moldova.

2What data we collect
- Contact details — when you fill in the contact or booking form: name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your message (for example destination, dates and number of travellers).
- Subscription data — when you subscribe to our offers through the SendPulse form: e-mail address and, optionally, your name.
- Technical data — collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access, and the source that brought you to the site. This data is logged by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare.
- Cookies — see section 7.
We do not collect special-category data (health, religious beliefs, etc.) and the site is not directed at children under 14.
3Purposes and legal basis
- Answering requests and arranging trips — to reply to your questions, prepare offers and conclude the travel services contract. Basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Sending offers and news — only if you subscribed. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.
- Site security and operation — preventing attacks, fixing errors, aggregate traffic statistics. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
- Legal obligations — keeping accounting and tax records. Basis: legal obligation.
4Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the partners we need in order to provide our services:
- SendPulse — the e-mail marketing platform that powers the subscription form and the sending of offers.
- Cloudflare — security and content delivery (CDN) services for the site.
- Google — the interactive map (Google Maps) on the contact page, displayed only after you accept cookies.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the data on its servers.
- Tour operators, hotels, airlines and insurers — the data needed to book and deliver the travel services you requested.
- Public authorities — where the law requires it.
Some of these partners may process data outside the Republic of Moldova (for example in the European Union or the USA). In those cases we make sure the transfer is covered by appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by law.
5How long we keep data
- Form requests and related correspondence — up to 5 years after the last contact, if no contract was concluded.
- Data from travel services contracts and accounting documents — for the period required by tax and accounting legislation.
- Subscription data — until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs — up to 12 months.
6Your rights
Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right:
- of access — to learn what data we hold about you;
- to rectification — to correct inaccurate data;
- to erasure — to ask us to delete data when there is no longer a reason to keep it;
- to restriction of processing and to object;
- to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
- to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), datepersonale.md, or to go to court.

7Cookies
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. We use two categories:
- Necessary — the site cannot work properly without them (for example remembering your language and your cookie choice). No consent is required.
- Marketing and third-party — set by our partners to measure the traffic source or to display content (the subscription form, the Google map). They are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you click “Decline”, these scripts are not loaded.
